I’m always happy with the care and attention that my daughter receives on a daily basis from the staff in Giraffe NCI. She always comes home with tales of daily activities, play and new friends. The staff are very attentive and I always receive a daily report as to how everything went during the day. For me, knowing my daughter is in both safe hands and a friendly environment is peace of mind. Thank you to all the staff!

Fergus and I were blown away by today’s Graduation Ceremony and wanted to say a massive thank you to you both and the whole Team. The effort put in by the Team for today, particularly Victoria and Natalia, was incredible and the time and dedication to the children and their development was so clear to see. It made us very proud of Elin to see her up there so happy, confident, capable and definitely ready to start school – thanks to all the time over the last year from Victoria and more recently Natalia.

There is an expression “it takes a village to raise a child” well I absolutely know that all the Team in NCI are part of our village. I still remember Elin’s first day walking in and not being sure I could leave her there but then Ciara (Javed) and Breda took the time to allay my concerns. However, let me tell you, Elin had no hesitation and settled in straight away to start her Giraffe life. The exact same can be said for Siun when she joined. The benefits of their Giraffe experience is clearly visible in both the girls today.

I could go on and name every single staff member (and I mean every single one) who has minded and loved both Elin and Siun; Karl, Niamh, Camille, Emma, Tara, Katie and more recently Salma and Susie who are both totally amazing and stand out in this list for both Fergus and I. The evidence for this is the fact Siun keeps inviting them home for sleep overs and to have dinner and is always talking about them. However, I would like to give an individual call out to Esther and Victoria who have from day 1 been incredible with both the girls – both of them are incredible assets to Giraffe. I hope (and am sure) both will continue to be successful in their respective careers within the Group.

It will a huge sense of loss that we, as a family, leave the NCI Giraffe Family. It has been an incredible experience to whole heartedly know your children are looked after and cared for so well by such and incredible group of professionals. If I could move you all to a Sutton Branch life would be perfect.

Finally, I hope you get the opportunity to share this mail with the whole Team and convey our thanks to them. I think, and hope, they are aware of how we feel about them and their time and effort with the girls.

It’s important, especially for mums, to feel positivity and trust and when you enter Giraffe NCI, you can feel the happiness, the fun and the warm environment that you have created. Sean is very happy at the creche and the staff in the baby room are all very attentive. He is happy to go to each and every one of them in the morning and is always content in the evening. To me, that’s a job well done!
